House Rules : Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep music and outdoor activities to a respectful level. Children and families are welcome to visit, but must be aware that there are stairs, multiple balconies, and a gas fireplace that could be hazardous. NO Fireworks, parties or pets allowed on the premises at any time. A $500 fee for each incident will incur if any of the above activities are found.

Paradise Point is located on the Northwest side of Smith Lake, far away from the hustle and bustle at the center of the lake. This is a remote location which is why we don’t have internet access and the last 3 miles of your drive will be on a gravel road, but once you arrive you’ll be glad you are here-Bill and Brea
